These are some of the most beautiful and sacred sites of Kathmandu including Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath (Cremation Ganga Temple), and Boudhanath Stupa (world's largest Buddhist stupa). After lunch we will have free time for reflection, exploration and/or personal time. The local people will be very excited to meet you and share their culture. They will most likely want to practice their English language skills while conversing and interacting. This is a great time to get to know local children and families or sink deeper into your meditation and yoga practice.

This morning, we will practice our morning yoga, breath work, and have a workshop to learn about the power of mantras and how they can support you on our trek the following days, as well as our mental health and life, in general!
